Hello.  My name is Kyle Manna, and I am the owner of Reach Recruits.  I have been in high level sales for 12 years and have been in the recruiting business for 8 years.  While in the recruiting business, I have worked for www.Monster.com as the Northern California Market Development Manager and, most recently, I have worked as the division director of a national recruiting firm.

I have a degree in Liberal Arts and Biological Sciences.  I played collegiate level baseball as a pitcher and in my spare time I continue to play in a local Semi-Pro league.

Misty Bachmann, Senior Recruiting and Talent Manager. With over 9 years of direct recruiting experience, she is recognized for her expertise in Senior Management, Executive Level Recruiting and Healthcare. Prior to joining Reach Recruits, Misty held various positions from National Recruiter to Human Resource Manager. She brings her vast knowledge and business background with an emphasis in Human Resource.

Misty is passionate about helping professionals advance in their careers as well as fulfilling her clients’ staffing needs. She brings an energetic, positive attitude that enables her to provide the top level of performance expected by candidates and companies alike.

Jerry Goodman, Senior Recruiting and Talent Manager. Jerry has previously coached collegiate soccer, while running his own soccer academy for seven years. Followed by a highly successful eight year career in the mortgage industry as a Regional Manager, he joined the Reach Recruits team. He has also worked for three years for one of the largest national accounting and finance recruiting firms in the country.

Jerry has a degree in Sports Psychology and Physical Education. He was a collegiate soccer All-American and was fortunate enough to play professionally for the Dayton Dynamo in the NPSL and the Sacramento Geckos in the A League. Jerry continues his passion for soccer with refereeing in a Semi-Pro league, as well as College and High School games.
